Master Sugarist & Director of Education, SugarSMAC
Billie Jo Hamilton was practically raised in the beauty industry, growing up in her mom's salon, Diane's Beauty Salon. Surrounded by the hum of blow dryers and the scent of hairspray, she developed a passion for esthetics early on. But it wasn't until she discovered body sugaring that she found her true calling. With 23 years of experience in sugaring, Billie Jo has dedicated her career to perfecting the craft and sharing its benefits with others. For the past 8 years, she has been the proud owner of The Sugar Shop in Winnipeg and Brandon, Manitoba, where she has built a loyal clientele and a strong reputation in the industry. Beyond running her studio, Billie Jo has spent just as long shaping the next generation of sugarists as the Director of Education for SugarSMAC. Through her education platform, Sugar Shop Education, she offers a comprehensive 3-level certification program — guiding beginners, refining professionals, and mentoring master sugarists. With a deep belief in skill, technique, and the power of education, Billie Jo is on a mission to elevate the industry — one sugaring professional at a time.

With 20 years of experience in the treatment room, Rasheedah has established herself within the beauty industry as a Skin Therapist, Master Sugarist, Cosmetic Formulator, and Educator. She has earned internationally recognized CIDESCO qualifications and has also completed advanced education in cosmetic and natural skin care formulation, herbalism, aromatherapy, and permanent makeup. She is the CEO of Naturals' Republic® Inc., a luxury personal care brand, and Founder of CaribbeanCandy® Professional Sugaring, a manufacturer and supplier of body sugaring products. Her San Francisco Bay Area salon has been named 'Best in the Bay' East of the Bridge by SF Magazine and 'Best Sugaring Salon' by Oakland Magazine and is undoubtedly a client favorite of both Bay Area residents and visitors alike. Serenity Hart is the owner of Sugared Beauty Bar in Roslyn, NY, and a sugaring educator known for her 7-minute Brazilian. Through her 1 and 2-day trainings and The Sugared Edit, she teaches sugarists to read the paste instead of the label, build real speed without cutting corners, and keep their books full.

Track One
Technique
The Technique Track was the heartbeat of Sugar Con 2026. Sessions went deep on Brazilian and intimate sugaring — including male Brazilian services, speed techniques, and corrective intimate treatments that most professionals have never seen taught live.
Educators covered oncology-safe modifications, dermaplaning paired with sugaring, ingrown prevention protocols, anal bleaching, and vajacial-style services — the full spectrum of what today's clients are asking for, taught by professionals who do this work every day.
Track Two
Treatment
The Treatment Track expanded what attendees thought was possible in a single service. Sessions explored intimate skincare as a specialty — not just hair removal, but the full skin health picture that clients deserve.
Skin science was woven throughout: understanding barrier function, inflammation response, and how to adapt protocols for sensitive, compromised, or post-treatment skin. These sessions gave professionals the clinical confidence to elevate every appointment from a service into a result.
The strongest theme across 2026 was intimacy — not just intimate services, but intimate education. Big rooms but small-group vibes, real questions, honest answers from educators who are still in the treatment room themselves.
Track Three
Business
Great technique alone doesn't build a great business. The Business Track gave attendees the tools to turn their skills into sustainable income — covering retail strategy, profitability, rebooking systems, and the customer experience details that keep clients coming back.
Sessions on goal setting, revenue growth, and client retention gave professionals a clear picture of what's possible — and a concrete plan to get there. Because a thriving practice is the best advertisement for the industry.
